Cabin 11212 · Carnival Vista

Cabin 11212 is a Cloud 9 Spa Interior (category 4S1) on Carnival Vista, 158 to 185 square feet.

Cabin 11212 is a Cloud 9 Spa Interior on Deck 11 of Carnival Vista, forward of midship. You will feel a bit more motion than a midship cabin. Nothing dramatic. We score it 7 out of 10 for steadiness.

We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about it is 1 out of 10, so add a few minutes to everywhere you go.

Counting from the bow, it is the 2nd cabin position of 4 along Deck 11. That puts you right at the forward end of the run, where the corridor stops and the footfall dies away.

A Cloud 9 Spa Interior gives you 158-185 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board, steadier in a swell than 80 per cent of them and better placed for getting around than 88 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers. It is a poor fit for anyone who finds long corridors and stairs hard work.
