Cabin 11354 · Carnival Celebration

Cabin 11354 is an Extended Balcony (category 8J) on Carnival Celebration.

Cabin 11354 is an Extended Balcony on Deck 11 of Carnival Celebration, and it sits forward of midship. You are far enough from the middle to notice a swell, but nowhere near the worst of it. We score it 8 out of 10 for steadiness.

On the ship's plan a stairwell is on the deck above, about 2 cabins along from you. You will still walk to the stairs or the lift to reach it, so treat it as a landmark rather than a neighbour. We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about, 5 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 75th cabin position of 198 along Deck 11.

It is booked as an Extended Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board and steadier in a swell than 94 per cent of them. It suits light sleepers and travellers prone to seasickness.
