Cabin 15424 · Carnival Celebration

Cabin 15424 is a Balcony (category 8G) on Carnival Celebration.

Cabin 15424 is a Balcony on Deck 15 of Carnival Celebration, midship. That is about as close to the ship's pivot point as you can get, and in a swell you will feel it less here than anywhere else on board. We score it 8 out of 10 for steadiness.

The nearest is the lift bank, and that is 14 cabins away down the corridor. That buys you quiet. It also means a proper walk with your bags on embarkation day. We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about it is 2 out of 10, so add a few minutes to everywhere you go.

Of the 144 cabin positions on Deck 15, this is the 112th from forward.

It is booked as a Balcony. A balcony buys you outside space of your own and, on sea days, somewhere to sit that is not the pool deck. It is the step up most people make, and the one they find hardest to give up again.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board, steadier in a swell than 94 per cent of them and further from the action than most. It suits light sleepers and travellers prone to seasickness. It is a poor fit for anyone who finds long corridors and stairs hard work.
