Cabin 1892 · Liberty of the Seas
Deck 12 · Royal Caribbean International
Cabin 1892 is a Spacious Ocean View (category 3M/4M) on Liberty of the Seas, 211 square feet, with a half-moon ocean view window. Two twin beds convert to a Royal King. There is a double sofa bed. It sleeps up to 2. The bathroom has a shower.
Cabin 1892 is a Spacious Ocean View on Deck 12 of Liberty of the Seas. You are well aft. You are at the top of the passenger decks, so the pools and the open air are just up the stairs, and you feel the ship move more than anyone below you. You are well out towards the end of the hull, which is where pitching is felt hardest. This far aft you may also pick up a hum from the propellers, usually at night when the ship is making speed between ports. Some people never notice it, others find it soothing, a few cannot ignore it. We score it 5 out of 10 for steadiness.
Video Arcade is immediately nearby, about 1 cabin away. Handy, though worth knowing about if you sleep lightly. Challenger's Arcade on deck 12, past Adventure Ocean. Coin and card operated cabinets, racing simulators and air hockey. Worth knowing: charged per play to your SeaPass. Busiest on sea day afternoons and after dinner. The sound reaches the corridor but rarely through a cabin wall. Quiet scores 2 out of 10. There is enough going on nearby that a light sleeper should think about it. For getting about it scores 9 out of 10, so almost everything is a short walk.
Of the 37 cabin positions on Deck 12, this is the 28th from forward. You share Deck 12 with Vitality at Sea Spa, Lime and Coconut, Running Track and Movie Screen. There are 54 cabins along this deck, so the corridor is short and rarely busy.
The Spacious Ocean View grade runs 211 square feet. You get daylight and a sense of where you are without paying balcony money. The window does not open, so it is the view but not the air.
On loyalty, this is a standard grade, so Crown and Anchor credits its base one cruise point a night. There are exactly two ways to double that: move up to a suite, or sail on your own on a double occupancy fare. Either pays two a night, and doing both pays three. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.
Against the rest of the ship it is noisier than three quarters of the 1,974 cabins on board and better placed for getting around than 96 per cent of them. It suits families running back to the cabin several times a day. It is a poor fit for anyone who wakes when a door closes.
Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
