Cabin 3342 is an Ocean View on Deck 3 of Freedom of the Seas, well aft. You are near the bottom of the passenger decks, which is the steadiest place to be, though it is a fair climb to the open air. This is a long way from the pivot, so a swell reaches you before it reaches anyone midship. This far aft you may also pick up a hum from the propellers, usually at night when the ship is making speed between ports.
