Cabin 3644 is an Ocean View on Deck 3 of Freedom of the Seas, well aft. You are near the bottom of the passenger decks, which is the steadiest place to be, though it is a fair climb to the open air. You are well out towards the end of the hull, which is where pitching is felt hardest. This far aft you may also pick up a hum from the propellers, usually at night when the ship is making speed between ports.
