Cabin 9217 · Symphony of the Seas

Cabin 9217 is a Central Park View Interior on Symphony of the Seas, 150 to 172 square feet.

Cabin 9217 is a Central Park View Interior on Deck 9 of Symphony of the Seas, and it sits midship. This is the steady part of the ship. When it gets lumpy, midship is where you want to be. We score it 9 out of 10 for steadiness, which puts it among the calmest rooms on the ship.

On the ship's plan Jamie's Italian is on the deck below, about 2 cabins along from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. Quiet comes out at 8 out of 10, roughly par for this ship. For getting about, 6 out of 10.

Counting from the bow, it is the 112th cabin position of 233 along Deck 9. You are about as central as the corridor gets, so it is a similar walk whichever way you turn out of your door. Deck 9 also has Dazzles on it. There are 394 cabins along this deck, so the corridor is a long walk end to end.

A Central Park View Interior gives you 150-172 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

Worth knowing before you book: Crown and Anchor pays one cruise point a night at this grade. A suite pays two, and so does sailing solo on a double occupancy fare, which is the cheaper of the two routes if you are travelling alone anyway. Checked against the line's own published terms on 8 September 2026.

Against the rest of the ship it is quieter than 87 per cent of the 2,798 cabins on board, as steady in a swell as any cabin on the ship and further from the action than most. It suits light sleepers and travellers prone to seasickness.

Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
