Getting around

Walking is often fastest for exploring Cannes; alternatively, use the efficient bus system with services every 15 minutes or hail a taxi on the street.

What to eat

Dining is expensive but offers fresh regional produce; the best value and atmosphere are in rue Meynadier in Le Suquet or in the back streets of rue d'Antibes, with excellent options also available in nearby Le Cannet.

Tips

Purchase a Carte 10 bus pass at the bus office for reduced-rate tickets, and use off-street parking garages like Fontville for easy access to the port and old town.
