Best and worst cabins on Carnival Jubilee

Carnival Jubilee is an Excel class ship, about 183,521 gross tons, carrying around 5,282 guests at double occupancy, in service since 2023. The cabins we can place on the plans run from deck 4 to deck 17. The deck plan legend colours them as 1,427 balcony, 806 interior, 183 suite, 175 ocean view.
On this measure the steadiest cabin aboard is 4357 on deck 4 (Interior), and the one that should move most is 17284 on deck 17 (Suite). Every other cabin on Carnival Jubilee falls between the two.
How this is worked out, and what it does not cover
