Cabin 2343 · Carnival Panorama

Cabin 2343 is an Interior (category 4C1) on Carnival Panorama, 149 to 185 square feet.

Cabin 2343 is an Interior on Deck 2 of Carnival Panorama. You are midship. You are near the bottom of the passenger decks, which is the steadiest place to be, though it is a fair climb to the open air. That is about as close to the ship's pivot point as you can get, and in a swell you will feel it less here than anywhere else on board. We score it 9 out of 10 for steadiness, which puts it among the calmest rooms on the ship.

Liquid Lounge sits two decks up, roughly 19 cabins along the ship from you. A deck between you takes most of the noise out of it, and it is a short trip when you want it. We give it 10 out of 10 for quiet, which is about as peaceful as this ship gets. For getting about it is 1 out of 10, so add a few minutes to everywhere you go.

Of the 118 cabin positions on Deck 2, this is the 51st from forward. You are about as central as the corridor gets, so it is a similar walk whichever way you turn out of your door.

The Interior grade runs 149-185 square feet. No window, which makes it the darkest and cheapest room on board and, for a lot of people, the best sleep they get all week. If waking to daylight matters to you, an ocean view is the smallest step up.

Against the rest of the ship it is as quiet as anything on board, as steady in a swell as any cabin on the ship and further from the action than most. It suits light sleepers and travellers prone to seasickness. It is a poor fit for anyone who finds long corridors and stairs hard work.

Scored by Cruise Ship Wiki using model v1.8, from the position of this cabin relative to every public space on the ship. Each part is out of 10.
